This blend was created in collaboration with Café 5th Floor with the purpose to create a unique coffee pairing to complement their pastries, desserts, and drinks without overpowering them. This coffee is comforting, balanced, and something you can refer to as your 'daily-driver'.
This coffee features a mild acidic profile, highlighting sweetness and a round body.

Tasting notes: Dark chocolate, fudge, and brown sugar
In our tests, we preferred this coffee prepared as an espresso for milk beverages, however, alone as a filter brewed coffee yielded excellent results!
